Return & Refund Policy
If we printed it wrong, we make it right. Size swaps follow the rules below.
Defects and mistakes
If the print peels or cracks, the garment is damaged, or we sent the wrong size or color, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We send a return label and reprint the piece or refund the order, including the original shipping you paid.
Size changes
Unworn pieces with the tag attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. You pay the return shipping, unless the error was ours.
Change of mind
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once a piece has been worn, washed, or altered.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. This demo never charges a card, so no live refund is processed here.
